We reached GANPATIPULE at around 7.30 p.m. and by that time vast Arabian Sea had taken the sun in its fold. However, the glimpse of sunset through the mountains on the way was equally soul satisfying.
We decided to get up early in the morning and visit temple to offer prayers, we being the first ones to enter the temple got the ‘Darshan’ for long time. Celestial atmosphere in the temple triggers your spiritual quotient.
While entering the temple the Lords messanger (Mouse) at the entrance caught my attention and I decided to click the picture. Local residents told me that as per the belief if I whisper my wish in the mouse ears, ti will come true.
After offering our prayers we walked towards the beach and as we stepped on the soft sand, we were given a warm welcome by the Arabian sea. It was high tide and every wave was getting bigger & mischievous than the earlier one.
Just another two kms. From Ganpatipule is a extension of the beach called “Bhandar Pule”,.The panoramic view of the beach from this place is simply breathtaking.
As it was time to bid adieus to the pristine beach carpeted with golden sand, I couldnt resist myself thanking the Sand, Arabian Sea, and the Horizons for being part of the lovely nature that we are blessed upon.
