ROUTE to PURANDAR Fort from Pune:
Hadapsar - Dive Ghat - Saswad ( from Saswasd turn right and take Road to Narayanpur Village) - drive 12 kms and watch out for huge direction board poiting at the fort. The fort can be seen from the highway.
Approach road has been made into tar road which leads right upto the base of the fort. Its a serpentine road with few sharp turns and is a great driving experience. Its about 30 minutes trek from the parking area to the fort.
